PROFILE                                Zvika is a commercially focused high rank manager and management consultant with a solid track record of implementing innovative, practical and profitable solutions for a diverse range of business problems. He is a proven self-starter with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, combining strong analytical skills with an enthusiastic and determined approach to problem resolution.

Trained as a Financial Manager in several industries and service organizations, he subsequently held CFO and CEO positions in a TASE traded company. During that time, he was involved in the strategy process of the company as well as leading its financial and accounting areas. As the CFO for the TASE traded company, he lead its IPO and was responsible for the Investor relations as well as the BoD relations.

Since 1997 he has worked as a Management Consultant undertaking a wide variety of performance improvement assignments as well as Business Plans and financial due diligence. His clients have included Pegasus VC , Clal Insurance, ECI Telecom, Teva, Intercosma, Alvarion, Protalix, Partner  and many more. His career also reflects a record of success in the co-ordination of commercial, technical, IT, and operations initiatives, including understanding and delivering management expectations and working effectively with employees, colleagues, and senior management through Board of Directors and investor level.

Over the last three years, Zvika has developed strategies and methodologies for the creation and implementation of accredited Risk Management systems as part of the SOX compliance process. He managed a team of accountants and industrial engineers that accompanied several USA traded firms in their SOX compliance process acting as a leading partner in the process alongside the audit firms (which was always one of the big4). The process was performed for a variety of companies, large and small, and in a variety of locations – Israel, USA, Europe and China.

Gali has an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, with a specialization in Information Systems. She is a consultant to many organizations in the area of project management, risk management, American and Israeli SOX, Information Systems (including project management, characterization, testing, Implementation and Training), and writing company procedures.

Gali has 13 years of experience, working with companies from different sectors and disciplines including high-tech, pharmaceuticals, textiles, telecommunications and more. Her systemic vision enables her to resolve deficiencies and problems in an organization, and her professional & social skills enable her to lead systemic changes, while receiving full cooperation from stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
